Fruit Bars
Cream 1lb butter with 1.5 cups of sugar.
Add 3 eggs.
Add 6 cups of flour and 3t of baking powder.
Press half of dough on bottom and sides of 10 x 15 x 1 pan.
Spread 1.5 - 3 cans (your preference) of pie filling on dough. You can use several different types of filling and line them up side by side.
Crumble remaining dough on top. Alternately, chill remaining dough then grate on top.
Bake at 350 till brown. 45 minutes to 1 hour.
