Oreo Treats and Creamy Apple Squares

Oreo Truffles

In a food processor, combine one package of Oreos and one 8oz package of cream cheese. Roll into small balls, dip in chocolate, refrigerate & serve.


Cream Apple Squares

In a microwave proof bowl, melt 1 stick of butter. Add one package yellow cake mix, 1/4c brown sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix well. Reserve 2/3c of this mixture. Press remaining mixture into bottom of an ungreased 13x9 pan.

Layer thinly sliced, peeled apples on top of crust layer (about 2-3 apples).

Combine 1c sour cream with 1 egg and spread over apples.

Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on sour cream. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
