Haven’t posted my weekly grocery bill & menu in a while, so I thought I’d do that today. This week we spent $93 on groceries and have the following menu:

• London Broil with Caesar salad and asparagus
• Asian beef salad (with leftover steak) with rice noodles, sesame seeds, and veggies - served over spinach leaves
• Indian lentils and brown rice
• Chinese chicken salad with Mandarin oranges, cashews, chow mein noodles, and veggies - served over cabbage
• Curry chickpeas and vegetables - served over basmati rice
• French Country Chicken – made in the slowcooker. This dish has chicken in a red sauce with bacon, oil-cured black and green olives, and tomato sauce.

So how did you cook your London Broil? I bbqed one not that long ago after marrinating it in my own sauce. It was freshly minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and canola oil. I poked holes in the meat and let it soak for most of the day. It was SO good! :+)

I am really looking forward to your recipies. :+)

Warmly,
Kate

Hi, Kate! I simply put some McCormick's Grill Seasoning for Steaks liberally on the meat. Then we grilled till rare/medium rare. The seasoning is full of salt, but it sure is tasty! Marinating is another great option :)
